What we hold, and what we cannot promise.

This describes the current invitation-only alpha, not a fully qualified production media service.

Account and workspace information

Invitations, sign-in sessions, membership and workspace records are held in the application database. We use them to limit access to invited members and their authorized workspaces. Contact support@antum.video about an invitation or your account.

Source media

Uploaded source media is stored in a private object store. The current active source-retention period is 90 days. When deletion is requested, removal of the active copy is targeted within 7 days, subject to outstanding validation, credentials and retention holds. Do not treat that target as proof that an unfinished request has already been physically erased.

Recovery limitation

Database backups and recovery are currently disabled. A lost PostgreSQL database cannot be restored from the application code or S3 media alone. We cannot promise indefinite result history or a database restore deadline. Keep your own copy of material you need.
