How credits work

There is no automated checkout. Any credit funding is arranged manually and requires explicit purchase confirmation. Do not send payment without agreeing directly with the operator about the amount and intended use.

Unused and failed work

Credits are accounted for by confirmed activity. A technical failure or cancellation before a provider submission returns the reserved credits; an ambiguous provider outcome may hold a reservation for reconciliation rather than immediately returning it. A returned credit is not, by itself, a cash refund.

If you have a question about a manually funded balance or payment, contact support@antum.video with your account identity and transaction details, but no passwords or sensitive media. We will review the facts with you; this page does not promise an automatic refund or a fixed resolution deadline.
